Simtree AI does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or embedded social-media widgets during ordinary browsing. The Calendly booking service is loaded only after you select “Book a meeting”.

What these technologies are
A cookie is a small text file stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and identifiers that allow a service to remember or retrieve information from a device.
These technologies can be essential to deliver a service, or optional when used for preferences, measurement or advertising. Website request logs are different from cookies: they are records created by infrastructure when a page is requested and are covered in our Privacy Policy.

Necessary hosting technology
This website is delivered through ChatGPT Sites. Its hosting, security or access-control layer may use short-lived or session-based technical storage where necessary to serve the website, protect it against abuse or maintain secure access. The exact technology can vary with the site’s hosting and access configuration.
Necessary technology is used only for the service it supports and is not described as optional advertising or analytics. OpenAI provides more information in the ChatGPT Sites Terms and Data Processing Addendum .
External sites
The website includes ordinary links to LinkedIn, X and selected external sources. Merely displaying an ordinary link does not load an embedded social feed. If you follow a link, the destination website may place its own cookies or process information under its own policies. Simtree does not control those external technologies.
When you select “Book a meeting”, we load Calendly’s scheduling interface. Calendly may use cookies or local storage needed to provide and secure the booking experience and displays its own cookie choices where required. You can review Calendly’s cookie information before completing a booking.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you inspect, block or delete stored website data. Blocking strictly necessary technology may prevent a protected page or security feature from working correctly. Browser settings supplement, but do not replace, any consent choice that may be required for optional technology.
Future changes
If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or similar technologies, we will update this policy and provide a consent choice before those technologies activate where required. We will not treat continued browsing, scrolling or a pre-selected option as consent.
